Online special offers and prices change weekly, which I found somewhat frustrating. But you will not find better prices with or without sales tax anywhere online. And you will be more likely to get the latest standard advancements at no additional cost. My computer was assembled in China and UPS tracking didn't project a delivery date until the product arrived in Canada, perhaps 3-5 days after I was notified of shipment. After that, I could track progress as usual. My unit arrived in very good condition in about the time frame that I expected when ordering. Everything seems to work well. I had not expected that the the 16" model would be such a tight fit for my soft briefcase, but it did manage to fit while enclosed in a neoprene sleeve. BTW it did fit each of the three brands of sleeves I tried, even though each was marked for 15.5-inch notebooks.

Web site was ok, but info about the machines wasn't organized very well. I was particularly interested in the weight and number of USB ports, and this info was not at the top of specs. Also I was looking for an additional power cord for the machine, and I didn't find it. I didn't realize "AC adapter" was the power cord, I thought it was for adapting the power cord to overseas grids (Europe, Asia, etc.). Also I didn't find a packing slip with my order when it arrived! I'll call customer service to see if they can fax a copy to me. When I called customer service I was very impressed with their efficiency.
