I ordered this product online. They called me the next day and left a message about my shipping address. I called back just before their closing time to correct the shipping address. The person I spoke to was very pleasant and said that they were backlogged a bit and would try to get the item shipped ASAP. The package was on my doorstep when I arrived home from work the next day. Unbelievable! This merchant had exactly what I needed (could not find at Home Depot or Lowes) and provided excellent customer service and speedy shipping. Highly recommended!
