This extender eliminates the 17.5 ft distance limitation of USB through sender and receiver units and one CAT5 cable. It is optimized for applications where two devices, such as the keyboard and mouse, must be operated remotely. The Mini USB-1 Extender can even be used to extend surveillance cameras for security purposes.
