The Bottom Line: I would recommend this powder as it prevents break outs and will even out skin tones.
Review: I have extremely sensitive skin and a tight budget and it can be hard to find a great product at a reasonable rate. I am also fair skinned and many pressed powders either makes me look even lighter or even a little on the "pinky" side. I had used...
