Posts are sturdy bright anodized aluminum to resist corrosion. Also, seat mounts are E-coated for superior resistance to corrosion. A lock on features: Type A / Operator Pedestals have an ergonomic swivel-locking handle with stainless steel components; Seat mounts have been designed to permanently lock into the post in any swiveling position; Meets ABYC H31.6.1 standards; All posts include a larger locking clip with a metal insert that allows the posts to lock into bases for added safety Just press the button to release; Both the snap-lock and locking clip are engineered to prevent unintentional detachment; Note: not recommended to interchange with other manufacturers' products; Order yours today!
