definitely the best i've seen

The Bottom Line: if you feel like you can at least attempt to reach down and touch your toes, and you can push yourself a bit, definitely get this one.
Review: i've used probably 15 or so yoga introduction videos, from kripalu ones, to gaiam ones. (all that have said 'beginners' on it) this by far was the easiest for me to use for myself, the most interesting, and the best. other videos have been too hard,...

Begining Yogis-- A Great Start For You!

The Bottom Line: This is a great place to start learning yoga. I think it's equivilent to a class and much cheaper. Unless you're experienced, you can't go wrong with this tape.
Review: YogaZone videos have always appealed to me. The instructors are North American and the spiritual side of yoga is left out. As much respect as I have for eastern religions and spirituality, I am not doing yoga for those purposes. I want to stretch...
