Excellent for SOHO Use

Pros:  Easy to operate; economical.

Cons:  None, considering the price.

Overall Rating: 5/5 stars

Author's Review

I bought this because we seem to have a power blip just about every other day. My cable modem, wireless router, and printer tend to get upset with the power blips, so I hooked them up to this product. Once the battery was fully charged (about 12 hrs), I unplugged it from the wall. The router, modem, and printer ran just fine for at 30 minutes. The printer was not printing, just in a steady state.

I did not install the "power management/shut-down" software that came with it. Don't need it; and the product has to be directly connected to a PC for it to work.

The back-UPS is doing exactly what I wanted it to do: just keep the internet connection alive during momentary power interruptions.

I don't have any info on how long the battery is expected to last.
