Compared with Sony and Sennheiser

I bought three sets of headphones to do my own research. I chose the Sennheiser RS130, Sony DS3000, and the Acoustic Research AWD510. The Sennheiser supposedly got good reviews but when compared to the Sony and AR, the headphones produced a muffled sound rather than clear. The Sony and AR headphones produced a clear sound. The downside of the Sony was that they are Infrared and the signal drops. The winner of my test was the Acoustic Research AWD510. They sound crystal clear. They had the best bass and all dialogue was very clear. They are very comfortable.
