Absolutely Wonderful!

I bought this machine from www.compactappliance.com and the whole experience was very positive. First there was the convenient online shopping with the optional 800 number. The wait time was minimal and the customer service really down to business and friendly. These people really know the value of a customer.

In my opinion the whole experience includes the purchase. So I did include my opinion about the company I dealt with. Many people are leery of dealing with companies they never heard of. I had the same feeling when I made my purchase. In the beginning I made my purchase with this company mostly because of the price. My listed price that I paid includes the shipping. I got the machine for around $250.00 before the credit for the damage in the shipping.

The machine has its specs listed. It does exactly what it should. My clothes come out clean. The design is better than the regular box-style washers. This washer may be compact but in a full load I washed, 2 long floor length dresses, 1 pair of sweat pants, 1 pair of lounge wear pants, and 3 T-shirts. I am sure I could easily fit my queen size sheets in this machine, but the comforter may be a challenge.

One thing I would recommend to keep in mind is that the hoses and the electrical cord are just long enough to reach while sitting next to my sink. So if you are looking to use this machine like a regular non-mobile machine, make sure you are close to all your fixtures. It does come with two hoses with connection for hot and cold, if you are connecting to your faucet only use the cold connection (recommended in the book).

This is not a light machine, it is heavy to move around. So in your planning for the placement of this machine, make sure you don't have to move it far, and it is easy for you to do so.

This really is the perfect machine for my family. Its quiet, my clothes get clean, and it saves me time. I can be at home cooking or something rather than being at the laundry mat waiting for a machine.
