CLEANS BETTER THAN MY PROS, PLUS FREE TIP

This is the second review I have ever written in my life commenting on how great a product is! I have 5 pets, kids and a husband that tracks in everything. I have had numerous commercial services come in and the carpet still didn't give the greatest results. Sometimes commercial cleaners do NOT USE CLEAN WATER and who knows where they just came from. We purchased this Bissell 9400 and took a gamble because in the past all of our rug scrubber appliances ended up in our garage sale a year or two later, especially the Hoover models. This Bissell has already paid for itself after two uses (when comparing the cost of hiring a service).

I love the fact that it is easy to operate and fill with water and cleaner, it cleans our hard floors also pretty good. First let me give you a tip on removing stains, don't mix chemicals over the years, use the same kind OF PRE STAIN CLEANER, use something pure like Hydrogen peroxide or what Bissell recommends. I know a chemist that told me that if you don't use a pure spot remover and mix or a NON Bissell pre spot remover with Bissell cleaning products, the results can be worse than the stains. I spray some hydrogen peroxide on the stains before I use the Bissell and you would be surprised how clean it comes out (disinfected to).

IT is made of heavy duty material, some of my past cleaning appliances cracked in no time. Bissell didn't go cheap with the attachments either.

Customer service is excellent if you have any stain questions, what cleaners to use, etc. Replacement parts if you need them are only a phone call away. I had fast delivery for my cleaners.

Take it from a mom who has bought numerous cleaning appliances over the years, this one rocks!
