Customer Service A+

Love Canon products.  Had the PowershotA400 before, lasted a good 3 years and then the button to take the picture started to not work so good.  I looked at the A580 and it was more compact, had a bigger screen, better resolution, megapixels, etc.  Since I was so happy with the first camera, I had to buy to A580.  After 5 months, the zoom lever went kaput.  It zoomed in too quickly and out as well, without any intervals.  Canon's great customer service had me send my camera to Illinois to get refurbished.  My receipt was the warranty.  It was returned in about a week, the day before Christmas too!  The zoom lever works now, but honestly, not as great as when it was new.
