I Read it Cover to Cover

Consumer Reports magazine is my favorite magazine. It does in-depth research on products and services and lets me know where I should be spending my money. Just recently when we bought a new home stereo system we brought the Consumer Reports magazine a long with us that did a study on stereos. It was a great help to see in black and white (and condensed) all the information I needed to make the best decision and buy the right brand of stereo components.

Consumer Report also keeps me informed on various scams and false advertising. I always flip to the back page of the magazine to get a good laugh while reading their Selling It page. This article is compiled from readers actual experiences in finding false advertisements.

Consumer Report also keeps readers informed in the latest discoveries concerning health issues. In March 2000 issue there is an article about Kids drinking too much caffeinated sodas and how it is bad for their growing bodies. In past issues there were articles about radon, radiating fruits and vegies, benecol, school lunches, etc etc. Anything that could really impact our health Consumer Reports looks into.

I keep all of my back issues of consumer reports as reference guides.
