If you like to cook Cajun!!!

Thank goodness, my Husband purchased a Cuisinart Food Processor for me over the Holidays. I am a displaced Cajun from Louisiana. I miss all the dishes that are so famous and well known from Louisiana. I am all ways making Gumbos, Red Beans and Rice and etc. I chop and dice a lot of onions, celery, and green bell peppers. It is a powerful and efficient appliance. I can not say enough good things about this machine. You see, I had a much cheaper brand I was using. If you like to cook and save time in the kitchen, this is the appliance for you. As the saying goes" You Get What You Pay For". In this case it is so "TRUE".
