Terrible Customer Support ***Eye Tv 200***

This company does not even allow customer service to be done via phone. This is very frustrating especially given the fact that all they send you when you have a problem is a standard e-mail with very basic recommendations which hardly ever work. I bought their product and after barely one year, it quit working. After numerous mails to the company, they only sent me the standard email even though I asked to call them and pay for the call myself.

I would not recommend this company. They have a decent product but do not back it well and I'm not sure $299.00 justifies one year of tv. They either need to make a product that lasts longer than one year or build out a customer support function that is accessible via phone.
