A good machine

I really liked the retro styling and choice of colors on this machine. It is funny that I have seen the machine in several TV shows. I like the fact that it comes with both the ground and ESE portafilters. While I like the ground espresso variety better, the ESE pods are handy and provide for a faster espresso shot which is good when I am in a hurry or making espresso for several people. The gauge and switches are easy to understand and operate. It has a small, shallow "catch" basin which is relatively easy to remove and clean. It can be messy if you let the basin get too full before emptying it. The water reservoir is made of plastic and has developed a small stress crack in the upper center portion which inevitably gets used as a handle for removing and replacing the reservoir. It has not affected the machine at this point however. I have had my machine for about 2 years and I really love it.
