Poor sound quality and missed messages

This unit looks nice and is easy to set up and use. On initial testing, it worked fine. After some use two things became obvious. The poor sound quality makes it difficult to understand message content clearly when playing back messages. And several callers complained that they were unable to leave messages. I never personally had a problem leaving a message, but if this machine does not work well for all callers, then I don't want it.
