Terrible Experience with GE washer

I have had an aweful experience with my GE washer (and other appliances as well). It died 2 weeks ago. The transmission, pump and possibly the motor all went at the same time. GE does not care even though their claim they do ("GE Cares"). I have been visited by two repairmen. I have been on hold with customer service over 4 hours trying to get this resolved and it has yet to be corrected. I end up talking to these lifeless, script reading people who just want me off the phone. Meanwhile, I have 4 small children and the laundry piles up higher each day and I wait and wait for a repair man to come fix it. We have been in our house 6 years and are on our 3rd refrigerator (the first 2 were GE and we gave up and got a different brand for the 3rd) and our GE dishwasher has died and had to be rebuilt (motor and control panel). My experience with the GE brand has been truley aweful but that is all well within tolerance for this mammoth company.
