$900 PIECE!

Purchased this product and received it the beginning of April. Opened it up installed it and immediately did not work. Got the repairman out their about a week later and he said that the water pressure was on too high and broke something. Waited for the part for two weeks and then got it installed about a week after the part was received. Then the day we tried to do a load we got another fault sign. The repairman came back a week later and told us that we need an entirely new motor. He checked that out and found the part is on back order for TWO full months!!! The machine is in a rental property of ours, so basically we are giving a monthly credit to her now and she is absolutely ticked with us. So this has so far been a horrible experience. My best advice is to stay away from w/d combos i feel they are a faulty design and this is the second one i have had in the last 3 years because of space restrictions and not many companies work on them and be sure to buy the 5 year warranty or you will pay more in repair fees than you bought the product for!!
