Horrendous Customer Support for an Otherwise Decent Machine

The Bottom Line: As much as I'd love to rant about this machine, poor customer support and the inability for HP to stand behind their product prohibits me from it's praise.

The Bottom Line: If you are looking for a serious multi-media center PC. This is NOT it. It may have what you need but I and HP can't get it to work.
Review: I bought this boat anchor and haven't figured out a lot yet. Video records for 2 minutes and then it just stops recording without telling you. TV doesn't work from antenna -- only cable or VCR. Most of my home videos is says are copyrighted! HP...
