Lengthy setup, but everything works fine after that

The Bottom Line: Treat it gently and it should work fine
If it misbehaves soon after purchase, assume you have a lemon and replace it

Worst Printer I Have Ever Had

Review:
1. The color cartridges run out of even very frequently, even if one has not been printing in color. A couple of times I have been told to replace a color cartridge even though I had not printed in color for several weeks. Go figure?

Works but not as Described

The Bottom Line: Great printer, copier and scanner. The color is excellent and the black text is very readable, even in economy mode. I did not use the fax.
Review: I bought this printer as an all in one because I wanted to have one machine that would scan, print and copy in color. The salesman at Staples was informative and assured me that it would be user friendly and cost effective in my home office.
