2005 EXL RES 1st New Car Buying Experience

Review: This van replaced our 2002 Honda Odyssey.
There was nothing wrong with our 2002, for my wife's birthday I decided to upgrade her ride.
We love the 2005 Odyssey so much that now my car stays in the driveway all weekend long, the kids love...

Nice van, try finding tires!!!

The Bottom Line: Good van, however, could use a few suggested changes to make it the BEST. Buy a spare tire right away!!!
Review: Purchased a new 2005 Odyssey Leather-Navigation in July '05. Price was right about at sticker. We had to wait 3 weeks to even get one from the local dealer.

With 3 kids, two being under the age of 2, the seating was just what was needed...

2005 Odyssey - Recommend? ... Maybe Not.

The Bottom Line: I recommend the van with one stipulation. Buy an extended bumper to bumper warranty. The engine is strong, but that is about it.
Review: We bought our pre-owned 2005 Odyssey late in 2005. It now has 43,000 miles. First impression was good. Our van has had several issues, for which I am disappointed.

The Bottom Line: Good van, handles pretty good. Above average fuel economy. Inadequate rotors for such a big vehicle. Transmission is probably going to be the weakest link.
