Author's Review
My daughter purchased the car six months ago and, with the exception of a loose bolt in the front suspension, the car has been perfect. The fit, finish, ride, and quietness of a $15,000 car with all the bells and whistles (V6, leather, sunroof, premium sound, front and side airbags, climate control, etc.) is astounding. Very close to the quality of a $52,000 Jag that I own. She had a very good experience with the roadside service last week when the spin-on oil filter suddenly sprung a leak in bitterly cold weather. KIA dispatched a tow that reached her within 20 minutes and, even though she had purchased the car in another city, her local dealer immediately replaced the filter and oil at no charge. In addition, KIA called back within an hour of the her initial call to make sure that she had been towed. Then, a day later, KIA called to make sure that she was satisfied with the service. That is a first-class service response.
