The Bottom Line: I'd definitely recommend this for anyone who does a lot of their own baking, but I don't know that I'd recommend it to start a baking business.

The Bottom Line: A little over-hyped. Overrated capacity. Not a bargain. They are charging the most they can for it. I recommend it but with caveats.

The Bottom Line: For serious bakers, the mixer is not recommended as the motor is not powerful enough to handle bread dough.

The Bottom Line: I certainly don't regret this purchase. I was planning on including list price as a con, but I think you get what you pay for, even at full list price.

The Bottom Line: If you can stand the noise, and you do any kind of volume baking, you need this machine. In my opinion, you need the different attachments for different jobs.
