Review: My LG Washer failed after 3 weeks of use.

It is now two weeks later and we are still waiting for parts. Service company states parts have not been received.

LG Customer Service states that they shipped.

odor from washing machine

The Bottom Line: Would not recommend anyone to lay on the floor to clean out smelly, residual, moldy, unhealthy water from the drain pipe.
Review: The LG washing machine has in my opinion a major flaw. It does not remove all of the water from the machine and leaves water in the area under the drum. The odor from this standing water is not healthy. In plain words, the machine begins to smell...

Quite Pleased after First Use

Review: Don't depend on Andrews Electronics to get the parts to you in good shape. They arrived in worse shape than the broken ones. Magnets and Stator were damaged in shipment and the technician says it happens often with them. Get parts from someone else...
