Great GPS for a good price.
Pros:
A truly portable GPS that you can use almost anywhere.
Cons:
There are two places I have not found out how to find yet.
The Bottom Line:
I think this is a great GPS that has many features found on units costing much more. I think most anyone would be happy with it.

Author's Review
After spending weeks looking over different GPS receivers, I settled on the Lowrance iWay 350C. It had all the things I wanted for a reasonable price. I especially liked the idea that it had enough internal memory that I don't need to download maps to go anywhere in the continental U.S. that I need to go. It has all the roads, highways and streets already built in.
I also liked the fact that it had two internal rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, that would allow you to take the Lowrance iWay 350C anywhere, on any type of transportation. You can walk, fly, bike or boat with it and it will show you the way. There are also different types of mounting brackets that can be ordered to use on things like boats, bikes or etc. It also helped load many of the destinations I wanted to travel to, into the address book, setting at the dinning room table instead of the seat of my van. You can also order a household cord to go along with the standard car lighter cord that not only powers the Lowrance iWay 350C, but charges it's batteries.
There are several ways to find the places you want to go that you can program into the unit. They consist of street names, attractions, points of interest, cities, intersections, RV Parks/Services, shopping, rest stops, services and emergency & government.
You can also tell the Lowrance iWay 350C what type of road you don't want to travel on, such as toll roads. It will also direct you off the route, for things like gas or eating and direct you back onto the route after you finish.
You can adjust the female voice of the Lowrance iWay 350C, to give you as much or as little information that you may require to get to your destination. It can give you voice warnings of up coming turns, miles and feet before the turn. The screen will put a dot at every street where a turn is required, the distance to it and an arrow to show which way to turn.
There is also a "Gauge Page" on the Lowrance iWay 350C. It will show the time, average and maximum speed and ETA to your destination.
There are many other features to the Lowrance iWay 350C, such as playing music, to having a slide show with your pictures on it, by installing a MMC or SD Card in the side of the unit. Or using your FM radio's unused FM stations to broadcast the music or vocal directions over your car's speakers.
