MASTERBUILT DEEP FRYER
Pros:
able to cook 35 wings at one time! They were all evenly cooked and crispy.
Cons:
I would fill the oil a little past the max fill line.
The Bottom Line:
I live in a condo which is not good for the regular deep fryers, this is a inside fryer, and boils and steams huge amounts of food.

Author's Review
I just purchased one at JCPenny. I LOVE IT. I hosted a party and was able to cook all my appetizers at one time (30 spring rolls and chimichanga's) they came out perfect. I deep fried a turkey 13.50 lbs, my one concern was that in following the directs in putting breast side up, I didn't see that the top part of the breast was getting crispy, so eventually we did turn the turkey, in the end it was great and the hit of the party. In the future if the bird is under 14 lbs (max recommended by manufacture is 14 lbs), I would fill the oil a little past the max fill line to ensure the top breast part was cooking as well.
While I bought the black, it is also available in stainless steel, which if they had it (JCPenny), I would have gotten the steel. However black is attractive as well. It has a easy drain spout for oil removable.
The one drawback is that if it has to sit on your kitchen counter, and your average height (based on a woman) is say 5.6" you will need a stand to see the digital read out of heat temperature, etc... or hopefully you are like my and have a tall husband, you need to be looking down on the display read out to see it correctly, i.e. temp display, setting cooking time.
