Excellent Washer

Review: The Maytag Epic Washer is excellent.

It does everything Maytag's website says it does. It is quiet except for the spin cycle which is 1200rpm so you really can't complain about the small vibration. We have been using this unit 2 or 3 times...

New Machine doesn't work

DO NOT RECOMMEND MAYTAG FRONT LOAD

The Bottom Line:

THE PRICE, AND WHAT I'VE GONE THRU, NOT JUST WITH THE BREAKDOWN, BUT ESPECIALLY THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, INCLUDING MAYTAGS ATTITUDE, WHEN IT BROKE DOWN, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MAYTAG.

Review: I TOO BOUGHT THE 300 SERIES THINKING PAYING A LITTLE MORE FOR THE NAME BRAND FRONT LOAD WOULD SAVE TIME, ENERGY, AND REPLACING EVERY YEAR OR TWO A NO NAME TOP LOAD.
