Is Mucinex a good choice for you? (Lean-n-Mean III)

The Bottom Line: Ounce for ounce, it would be cheaper to eat silver nuggets, but Mucinex helps with mucus.

A one trick pony that didn't do that trick too well for me

The Bottom Line: This is best for those who can't take traditional cold or flu remedies. I didn't find it helped my severe head congestion much at all.

Mucinex: Decongestant and Expectorant Effects without the Side Effects

The Bottom Line: Definitely try this if you have a great deal of facial pressure and congestion, especially if pseudephedrine and antihistamines are not helping. Good additive agent to these medications.
