Pros: Incredibly reliable and easy to use. Easy clean-up.

Cons: Very heavy

I have owned the Musso Lussino for 2 years. I have had several other machines and none compares. It is easy to use, turn the timer, push two buttons and come back in 30 minutes. It really does take only 30 minutes if your ingredients are COLD! After use, let the machine come back to room temp and wipe out the bowl and you are done (Or ready to make another batch!)

We make lots of sorbets and everyone loves them. They are a great low-fat fruity alternative to ice cream. Around here the ice cream is for special occasions. Eggnog Ice Cream for Christmas, Cheesecake ice cream for birthdays, and so on. It's so much better than ice cream you buy at the store.

The only drawback to the machine is it's weight. You will want to have a place to leave it plugged in rather than trying to pull it down from the top shelf of the pantry! I highly recommend this machine.
