No more Lowrance for me!

I've used Lowrance on my boat for years, but I'll be switching shortly. I've had very few problems with the gear. Generally it's been good. The accessories are hard to come by at times, and the manuals aren't worth a whole lot, but considering the features and the price I'd been willing to deal with it. 6 months ago I had a problem with a unit. I contacted customer service (no reason to call it that), and I still don't have a solution. I won't deal with them again, and I'm so frustrated even trying to get them to respond that I'm ready to pull all the lowrance off my boat and replace it. If they've got the unit you just have to own buy at your own risk, because customer support is non existent.
