Olympus Stylus 1030w - A no go

I really liked this camera from the start, it seemed perfect for shallow dives and snorkeling.  It does everything promised and more.  Then disaster struck, and the door came open underwater when I pulled it out of my swim suit pocket.  
The card door came open in my pocket while walking in the surf, so now the camera is useless!  Now it is just a nice piece of metal.  If you do buy this, make sure to get a skin for, I wish I had that advice before my vacation photos drowned.
