Pros: The phone works great.

This fax machine is not user friendly at all. Uses a lot of ink, and paper jams all the time. Constance maintance is required to keep all rollers moving. I do not recommend this fax for anyone. I am in the process of getting a new fax after only having this one for 5 months. This fax machine will be my dogs new chew toy.
