It cuts... enough said -UPDATED- 02/08
Pros:
Trims sideburns well.
Cons:
Doesn't give a clean shave, leaves stubble, cuts in the most sensitive of places.
The Bottom Line:
There are cheaper sideburn trimmers which is all this is good for.

Author's Review
I have owned a couple of different facial shavers from Norelco and have loved them, which is why I bought this one. Most mens trimmers are made only for facial hair... so when I saw one that could handle the whole body and was made by a brand I loved I jumped at it, my mistake.
I tried the trimmer a couple of times but wet and dry with the same results...
Sideburns-
Trims very well, no issues.
Face-
Still leaves a pretty thick stubble.
Torso-
Takes multiple passes and multiple angles and even then leaves a noticeable stubble. Hair also grew back quickly (as compared to when shaved with a disposable.)
Groin-
While the attachments are good for surrounding trimming and blending of hairlines... for the clean, smooth feel this shaver doesn't come close to delivering. For one the foil trimmer again takes multiple passes and different angles, and the bladed portion of the trimmer it cuts.
I bought this trimmer to replace disposable razors and give me a clean close shave... this gives more stubble than anything else and cuts more than a razor ever has.
Thankfully I bought it at Bed, Bath and Beyond and they take everything back no matter what.

Trawma asked so I will try to deliver answering some more detailed questions.
This unit comes with 3 different blade attachments that allow you to trim hair to various lengths. While they did allow for a uniform length they also caused the unit to clog with hair. As it trims the hair becomes trapped between the attachment and the trimmer blades. Trimming even sideburns you have to stop a couple of times to remove hair so the unit will trim properly and not pull or become tangled.
The unit also comes with a wrist strap so that you do not drop it in the shower. The strap itself is cheap and without a doubt over time will fail. You would be better off with cutting a shoelace or thin rope to size if desired. It also slightly hinders the unit sliding into the charging base. You have to lift the strap to allow the unit to slide into the base. With that said, the different ways you have to hold the unit in order shave you wont be using the strap anyways.
The charging base itself it ok, You slide the trimmer in from the top and it clicks in place. The base holds it firmly and you would have to deliberately take it out for it to be removed from the charger. However, 2 main flaws are the fact that you have to lift the trimmer vertically more than most other trimmers (3 inches aprox.) which does not suit storage in a cabinet and leaves you with on the counter storage. Also, neither the trimmer or the base have a light to show that the unit is indeed charging, or if the unit is fully charged. You simply have to feel for the click of the base to know that it is receiving a charge. You can feel the click of the base and still slide past the charger prongs leaving the unit out of position, but again, you would never know.
The shape and size of the trimmer as a whole is pretty good, one of the few plus marks I can give it. There are spots of a more rubberized grip to prevent dropping the trimmer and in most positions it conforms well to the hand, though during "undercarriage" use the tapered end is awkward. The size is very comparable with what you would expect when crossing a facial electric razor with a barber style trimmer, about 5" high, 1.5-2" wide at most.
I dont know much about the length of a single charge. I have a habit of putting things right back on the charger after use so for me the charge time was not of concern.
