Great display for a VERY affordable price

I was very close to ordering the NEC 2690 when someone turned my attention to this display, and this "unknown" brand name Planar... Turns out they've been in the display business for decades, but mostly industrial and medical, up to couple years ago...

So for more than a third less, I got this 26" LCD display, which uses the SAME LG-Philips H-IPS panel as the NEC 2690 does....

Right out of the box, with 15 minutes of tweaking, I could go back to work. I'm a graphic designer, so colors and sharpness are crucial to me. I'm extremely content!
