Author's Review

I bought the first one about a year ago after reading reviews and comparing prices. Collier County Deputies around Naples, FL. are really tough on speeders. There was only one time when my wife was driving and she said it did not detect what I think was a laser gun (no ticket issued) but other than that, it has alerted us from all kinds of speed traps and roving radar cruisers. I can tell they are trying to get a reading but can't and so they try over and over. Rocky Mountain Radar says it can pick up signals up to 3 miles....TRUE!!! I bought the newest model (with voice alert) in July 2006 for my company car. It works just as well. My occupation...Federal Agent.
