My first reactions

I've been shopping for a 50 inch tv and came upon the Sharp 52 inch at Best Buy. The price was good and I was getting excited that I may have found a good deal on a big set. I instantly noticed thin horizontal lines banding and easily seen in whites. I had never read anything on this tv so I was shocked to find that this was a common fault with the set. It would drive me crazy to buy one and find it had the problem. I'm leaning towards the Samsung 1080p. Dolphin stadium just bought alot of these models and 65 inchers too. I'm going to check out these sets and write back to see if banding has been fixed.
