The bonus they don't mention: Breastfeeding is so easy with this!

The Bottom Line: Every mom needs one. Period.
I wonder why the Snugli people never use the fact that this is a breastfeeding mom's best friend as a marketing tool???
I absolultey LOVED mine when my daughter was younger...
First of all its pretty inexpensive compared to other brands...Everywhere I have seen then they have been just under twenty dollars.
Secondly it is much more comfortable, in my opinion, than any of the others, and I have tried so many. The straps in the back sit just in the right position and are adjustable so you can get a really nice fit. The crossing in the back make it so all the pressure of baby is distrubuted evenly, and I was able to walk around with my baby in her Snugli for hours at a time sometimes.
Its made of a nice, nylond material that is totally washer/dryer safe! Big bonus on that, since baby's things need to be washed a lot. A lot of the other carriers (which are actually more expensive) are made of cotton or a cotton-like material and they lose their shape. This one went through the washer and dryer a couple times a week and never shrunk, lost shape or got worn or tattered.
But the number one reason this baby carrier is so very very good: breastfeeding! As a new mom, it took a lot of adjustment to life for me to learn how to breasfeed not at home. Then all of a sudden it occured to me when my daughter was in it that I could toss a blankie over her and my shoulder and feed her as a I walked around in public and it was totally private and very comfy for baby! This opened up a whole world for me! I could eat dinner at the table with my husband and stepdaughter again! (My daughter had the amazing ability to start yowling to be fed as soon as my bottom hit the chair of the dinner-table). I could go for walks without having to stop and sit at a bench to feed my baby! I didn't have to "hide" every time I went out to do something (ie sit in the car or (yuck) a public restroom) to feed her!
If you are either expecting a baby or know a mom who is, do everyone a favor any buy one of these! This is truly the one baby accesory I think you can't live without!
