Product Review

Worst Phone EVER!!!

by   mbe2002 ,   Nov 3, 2008

Pros:  Pretty light affects. Sometimes you can make calls and receive calls properly. It rings.

Cons:  Buttons don't do what they're supposed to do. Calls don't always happen incoming or outgoing.

The Bottom Line:  Don't buy this phone. It's unreliable and random things happen while you are trying to receive and make calls among other menu things.

Overall Rating: 1/5 stars

Author's Review

I went to Radio Shack to renew my two year contract and get a new upgraded Motorola Razr phone. Unfortunately, I was told they don't carry the Razr any more. I just found out that this is not true... So, I ended up with the Sony Ericsson Walkman phone in pink. Cute phone, but by far the worst phone I ever had! Whenever I try to select to do things on my phone, random menus come up. It's a crap-shoot! When I grab the phone to answer it, and I accidentally touch a side button, a message "busy signal sent" and the only option "ok" comes up, and my callers are sent into my voicemail. There's "no, not ok" option. It is the most infuriating phone. When my daily alarm goes off, I try to turn the alarm of, but instead, the phone decides to snooze it & it keeps going off over and over again since it will not turn off! Sometimes you dial a number and hit send & it takes you back to the beginning screen and doesn't dial your call. I detest this phone! To make things worse, I took it to get repaired & the two phones they brought out to me at the AT&T store were also bad! I was told that this is a problem phone, but that Sony knows that it's a problem, but will not acknowledge it enough to allow replacements for another reliable phone to be made. Don't bother buying this stupid phone.
