Addictive, but not good enough to win your soul

Why was everyone bashing this game? Because it sucks? O that makes sense, forgot about that. Hey wait a minute... this game doesn't suck!! It's a cool game, however I will admit it loses whatever pizazze it originally had in just a few days.

The opening movie to this game is absolutely horrendous!! It's about 10 minutes of monologue from this guy, and it's not even exciting! The guys mouth doesn't even move right with the words!!! I caution you, if you buy this game please please please skip the opening movie.

Don't know how that title pertains to what I'm going to talk about here, but it does sound cool :-)

Anyway here I will talk a little about the battle system. The games your average hack and slash, run around kill people, have fun... for a while. Ok so yes the game get's boring, but not without incorperating a little fun for a desent amount of time.

There are two ways of fighting, close battle and long range. Long range you...duh..use long range weapons such as arrows, exc.

Bottom line for battle mechanics =

This is more of a statement than a paragraph however I would like to make it known that for some odd reason this game is only 1 player. I mean it wasn't like every aspect of the game was so indulgent and immaculately done that there was not enough room to fit in a two player mode, it just wasn't done. Thanks a lot you lazy people who made this game!!!

Graphics

Hmmm... These are more the kind of graphics I would expect from the Nintendo 64, not the dreamcast. Kinda polygonal graphics, sparse backgrouds, a little blocky. Not horrible looking but definately outdated.

Descent but nothing spectacular, they do talk at times which is cool :-)
Other than that it's your average grunts, and swishes and things of that nature mixed in with somepretty entertaining but bland background music

Not bad at all. Kill guys, open chests, do special moves. There's a little bit for everyone in this game, just wish it was 2 players!!

A very descent game that, unlike what people say, was actually really fun for a descent period of time. It just gets a little old kind of fast, but being it's so cheap right now I would definately reccomend giving htis game a spin.
