Good idea, bad product

This alarm clock has a lot of nice features. However using them is quite frustrating. The triple alarm is one of the reasons we purchased this item, but each alarm has it’s own sound. For example, you can’t have 2 set to wake to radio. The wake to nature sounds is useless if you used the nature sounds to go to sleep, as it uses the same volume setting. If you do not have a CD in the CD player, the wake to CD will beep, however the beep is only enough to wake a light sleeper. We could not get the wake to radio to work at all. We had no problems with radio reception when just playing the radio.
As mentioned in other reviews, the light that comes on when playing a CD is brighter than most nightlights.
The alarm will only sound for 1 hour. That includes any snoozing. For those of you who are multiple snoozers, this could be a bad thing.
Also there are no hour and minute buttons for setting the time and alarms, only a forward and back button. So it annoying if your moving your alarm times around.
I got suspicious about the quality of the product, when I couldn’t find anything on the box about what type of batteries it took for the battery backup. I thought that maybe it had a rechargeable backup in it. Only to find it took 3 AAA batteries and they didn’t bother putting that on the box. Everything else proved to be designed just as bad.
