Jury still out!

I bought the matching Duet Whirlpool 9200 series. It was delivered on 02/16/08. I washed 2 loads and the washer did fine. I started on the second load to dry and the door went out of line. A screw fell out. I finally found it and put it back. After the load finished, it fell out again. I made a small list of the problems because I was going to have to call the repair man to fix my new dryer. The clothes were not drying as promised. Over dried my blouses/t-shirts. Took 2 tries to get my towels dried. I referred to the manual to make sure of what the settings were so I know that was not the problem. Today the repair man came and he had never seen this problem. New hinges were ordered. Now for the drying problems, he felt that a new exhaust vent was needed because it was a 3" to a 4" and I had 3 elbows. So my husband went to Lowe's and got the flex hose for the dryer. Now, wait to see if that really was the problem. If not, CALL THE REPAIR MAN AGAIN.
