Lousy capture quality, bad audio, bad customer service

If you are trying to convert your VHS or 8MM home videos to DVD, don't waste your money trying to accomplish it with this product. It still amazes me that some technology companies (Like Zio Corp who makes this item), can produce and sell products that do NOT do what they are advertised to do and continue to get away with it!
This product does an absolutely lousy job at both video and audio. I have more than enough computing horsepower for this product (P4 2.8GHZ, 1GB RAM). The video capture makes your video look like it was filmed 100 years ago, and the audio will sound like it is playing on an AM transistor radio. The only thing worse than the video and audio capture is the customer support from Zio Corp. They basically do not exist except in Cyberspace. Go ahead and try calling their phone number. The phone mail/jail tells you to call another number (which is disconnected) or you can press "0" and NOT be able to leave a message in the general mailbox because the general mailbox is ALWAYS FULL. Do not give companies like them your hard working dollars. They don't deserve to be in business.
