Don't waste your money

The Bottom Line: My recommendation is to not buy the product. The product is poorly made and there is no customer service to back the product up.
I bought the Zydeco after much research into what stroller to buy. It has been nothing but a disappointment so far. The first time I went to use it, I noticed that one of the tires was completely flat (even though I had pumped up all 4 tires weeks ago). When I contacted the company (by both email and phone) about my defective tire, no one responded to me. It's been more than 2 months now since I contacted them. After owning the stroller for only a few months (and hardly using it), the frame started to bend and the zipper on the hood attachment broke. I still have to contact the company about these other 2 issues. I doubt they will do anything, since they haven't even bothered to reply to my first issue.
Besides the issues I have experienced, I find the stroller too heavy and bulky. It is not easy to close and open. I think it is a very badly designed product. Some of the more minor features of the stroller are annoying as well. The peekaboo flap at the top of the hood has no way of staying open. There is no way to cover the sun flaps on the side of the hood- I find myself placing a blanket over them sometimes to prevent the sun from getting in my baby's eyes. The stroller is clumsy to use and I often find myself fighting with it when manoeuvring it through stores. I really regret buying this thing.
