An acceptable compromise

The Bottom Line: In brief, I would not install this Brother in my office for hard works but for home, it is a nice-good-inexpensive machine.

Good Multifunction Printer!

The Bottom Line: Buy it! It's a nice machine with a lot of features and sells for a decent price. Any problems I've had have been minor.

Does a Good Job For the Money; Software Updates are a Must

The Bottom Line: Don't expect fireworks here. But if you follow instructions carefully and make sure you shut it off when not in use, it will do the job.

Cheap ink pig

The Bottom Line: Not a bad choice if you need something cheap now, but you'll pay for it in the long run.
Review: You get what you pay for: yet another virtually disposable printer/scanner/copier/fax.

Printing: it goes through cartridges pretty quick. For me, black lasted about 150 pages, colour lasted about 200. I've re-filled the cartridges twice so...

Have Extra Cartridges At The Ready Or This Machine Won't Work!

The Bottom Line: If you have surplus of ink and can buy them cheaply, this machine should suit the average user.
